Last Saturday 08/25/09 when I sat open house in Carlsbad Aviara neighborhood 1703 Blackbird, Carlsbad CA 92011.
The builder had used staging in this home as the model for the Avocet development, I saw a pick up in activities of buyers.
Most buyers were looking for a home for themselves that represented good value.
I also met buyers who were looking for an investment property  in a good area also of a good value, where the price did not matter as long as it cash flowed. Since I have an experience in hand on property management for the last twelve years, I can assist them in selling homes that are not positive cash flow and exchanging through 1031 exchange to a positive cash flow properties that are great value.
